Shipping & Return Policy

Here at Lipstick & Flats Market, we pride ourselves with great Customer Service and FAST fulfillment of orders! 

For all purchased orders, items will be shipped out typically within 48 hours of payment received.  If payment is received on a weekend, items will ship out on Monday.  We always offer local pick-up as well! 

**If item(s) ordered is a special pre-order, then it will be fulfilled as soon as it arrives, per the estimated time frame provided at time of purchase.  

 

RETURN POLICY:

Returns accepted for full refund to original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the item if it is still in original packaging, has not been washed, is free from any odor & the tags are still attached (ie: perfect condition).  After 7 business days, but before 30 days from date of purchase, store credit will be issued for a return.  After 30 days, or if items have been used/worn, items are not returnable.

Please note that unless your item is damaged, you are responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges
